1   Terms of Service

Welcome to Superday. These Terms govern your use of the Superday website and service (the "Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship based in New York, United States ("we," "us," or "Superday"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Superday. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.2 Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account or let other people use it. Tell us promptly at marketing@superdotday.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each Superday subscription is for a single individual. Sharing accounts is a violation of these Terms.

1.3 What Superday provides

Superday is a study and practice tool for finance interview preparation. The Service includes a question bank, flashcards, mock interviews powered by third-party AI, progress tracking, and related features. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

1.4 Subscriptions, billing, and trials

We offer three plans:

• Weekly — US$5.00 billed weekly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Monthly — US$15.00 billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime — US$79.00 billed once. No trial.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Free trial: If you start a Weekly or Monthly subscription, you'll get a 7-day trial during which you won't be charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and your card will be charged the recurring fee. The trial is offered once per customer.

Auto-renewal: Weekly and Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We don't send a reminder before each renewal.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Taxes: Listed prices don't include sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

1.5 Cancelling and managing your subscription

You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription → Manage inside the app, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. After that, your account reverts to no-access and you'll be prompted to choose a plan to use the Service again.

1.6 Acceptable use

When using Superday, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Service content (questions, explanations, mock interview transcripts) without our written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service that isn't already open.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train any machine-learning model.
• Submit prompts or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with the Service or other users (e.g., DoS attacks, excessive automated requests).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

1.7 AI features

Superday uses third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate mock interview responses and feedback. AI output:

• Is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate.
• Is not professional advice (financial, legal, career, medical, or otherwise).
• Should not be the sole basis for any career or financial decision.

You're responsible for evaluating AI output before relying on it. Inputs you submit to AI features are processed by our AI provider under their own terms; see the Privacy Policy below.

1.8 Intellectual property

All content provided by Superday — including the question bank, explanations, learning paths, UI, code, branding, and any other materials we create — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Superday (e.g., notes, mock interview answers). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

1.9 No employment or career guarantee

Superday is a study tool. We make no guarantee that using the Service will lead to job offers, interview success, or any specific career outcome. Past results aren't indicative of future ones.

1.10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

1.11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superday and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Superday in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.

1.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Superday harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

1.13 Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

1.14 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Class action waiver: You and Superday agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

1.15 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

1.16 Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You can't transfer or assign these Terms; we can. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Superday regarding the Service.

2   Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Superday collects, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to anyone who visits the website or uses the Service.

2.1 What we collect

• Account info: name, email address, and password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
• Payment info: we don't store card details. Stripe handles payment data directly. We receive a customer ID, your subscription status, the last 4 digits of your card, and billing email.
• Usage data: interactions with the Service — questions answered, flashcard reviews, mock interview transcripts, notes you create, progress milestones.
• Device and log data: standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Support communications: messages you send us when contacting support.

2.2 How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Service (load your progress, run mock interviews, etc.).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing notices).
• To improve the Service — including reviewing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
• To respond to support requests and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

2.3 Third-party services we use

Superday is built on top of trusted third-party services. Each handles your data under its own terms:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Anthropic — the AI model that powers mock interviews. Mock interview prompts and conversation history are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
• Vercel — application hosting.

2.4 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (e.g., theme). We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2.5 Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons (e.g., tax records of past transactions).

2.6 Data security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted-at-rest databases (via Supabase), and Stripe for payment data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

2.7 Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export a copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email marketing@superdotday.com from the address associated with your account. We'll respond within 30 days.

2.8 California, Virginia, and other US state residents

If you're a resident of a state with consumer privacy rights (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut), you have the rights described above. We don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us at the email above.

2.9 International users

Superday is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored on servers located in the US and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service from outside the US, you consent to this transfer.

2.10 Children

Superday is not directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

2.11 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.

3   Refund Policy

We try to make our pricing fair and transparent so refunds aren't necessary. The following applies to all Superday plans:

3.1 Free trials

Weekly and Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you'll never be billed.

3.2 Subscriptions (Weekly and Monthly)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue refunds for partial periods or for periods that have already been billed.

If you believe you were billed in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), email us at marketing@superdotday.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

3.3 Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-refundable purchase except where required by applicable law.

3.4 Mandatory refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

3.5 How to request a refund

Email marketing@superdotday.com from the address on your Superday account. Include the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
